Mitchell made the process of purchasing my first home extremely easy. As a first home buyer it is rather daunting purchasing a home, with lots of questions and concerns of the process. Mitchell put my mind at ease with his knowledge of properties on the market and what was available to me. He understood exactly what i was looking for, and i couldn't be happier with the outcome!!! We had our house on the market for 70 days with another agency, in this time few people looked at the house and there were no offers at all. In step Mitch, straight away he excited us with his enthusiasm and get up and go. Firstly he told us he could seell our property, told us what we needed to do in the house where the other agent had told us we didn't need to do anything. Mitch made us feel confident so we took his advise and made the changes he recomended, within a week the property was sold for more then the other agent had dropped the price to. Mitch was enthusiastic, professional and gave us his time whenever we asked for it. Mitch is the agent we would start with if we were going to buy or sell another property.

We found Mitchell very easy to work with and felt he was proactive in achieving the purchase of our dream house. He was able to answer all the queries regarding the area, house, amenities nearby and the future growth for the property. He maintained a open and regular communication with us regarding the expectation of the vendor and tried his best to close the deal for us. We are really happy with his services and would definitely recommend him for his professional services.
