What is outstanding about Mitch is his calm and confident approach. He guided me along the stressful and sometimes tortuous path of selling the property culminating in an extremely successful result. There were two things that stood out with Mitch, firstly he knew the market so well that he didn't try and talk it up. He told you like it is and his judgement was excellent. If we hadn't listened to him, we would have accepted considerably less. Secondly, he was more than just an agent. We were overseas and needed help with various building work, painting, furniture etc and he just organised the project so we'll we didn't have to do a thing.
