Mitch did an amazing job at getting us prepared for sale and keeping in contact while we ran into a roadblock before getting on the market. Mitch did an amazing job in communicating what we should be ready for once we did go on the market and kept is clear and professional during the open houses by making sure the expectation of going to auction was set for all interested parties. He kept his cool and was calm when we ran into another roadblock just days before the auction where there was an expectation that we would have to cancel and delay the auction for weeks. Once he was told the day before we were meant to go to auction that is was on and ready to go he didnt let on there was any stress at all. The day of the auction came around and Mitch made sure there was plenty of action going on around the place amd when the auction started, he did wonderful.
