When I made the initial enquiry about available lots in a particular subdivision Mitchell was quick to provide a printout of the complete land release with the stage of each lot. Mitchell, on request, provided some additional information about the block we had chosen. Mitchell was easy to deal with, personable and made himself available to answer and/return calls and email enquires.
