The property went on the market at the beginning of the Corona Virus situation, but before restrictions were placed on individuals and businesses. Initial Open Houses were very good, and Mitchell Olsen reported back to me after each one. After a few weeks, as the Corona Virus situation worsened, Mitchell and I discussed options for a restricted property market. The "situation" became a pandemic, with government placing significant restrictions on people's movements and gatherings. Mitchell and Baird Real Estate followed all the guidelines around property inspections, and continued to market the property, albeit it not as an auction, as originally planned. An unfavourable pest and building report created further issues, which Mitchell Olsen and and Baird Real Estate were able to advise and liaise on. Six weeks after the property was placed on the market Mitchell was successful in negotiating a both reasonable and realistic price for the property, which was accepted. A bumpy road, but we got there quickly, and in unprecedented times!

It was a very difficult sale and Mitch was an absolute pleasure to deal with at all times.
