We had been in the market for a home for some time, so we had quite the exposure to the ups and downs of real estate. It was certainly a learning curve and tended to be one of frustration. When we found the property we ended up purchasing, we were determined that we would finally be successful in purchasing something that ‘ticked the boxes’ for us. He was reasonably quick getting back to us, there was some delays as he was waiting on seller. There was another buyer which he informed us of. Only 1 offer by us so negotiations wise hard to comment. Was open and honest though. Answered any queries we had. House plan measurements were wrong but not necessarily his fault. Overall reasonably good and flexible with times for us.
