Can't rate mitch highly enough. Knowledge and understanding of current market second to none. Placed property on market on a wednesday and had a private viewing before home open with 14 viewers. Had offers well above ask and sold before a home open eventuated. Lovely dude and will definitely consult his skills again in due course.
