Mitch was helpful through out the whole process and was very transparent to both the vendor and the buyer. He is an honest and reliable agent who is passionate about helping both parties achieve their goals.
Mitch was very good, provided good communication and is a credible person. Overall he did a very good job with the sale. But there were issues with the Real Estate generally, as it is very big handling a major part of the sales in the Shire. It did not put out signs for the first two showings until asked by me to do so; as it is very busy, agents were seen on some occasions running into the open house with only a few minutes to spare and then running out very quickly at end of open house, right on the end time, presumably to the next house for sale. This left little time to speak to prosepective buyers. At the second open house (which Mitch did not attend), our brother in law attended and walked through the house on a Sat. He claims he was not approached by an agent for his name or spoken to.
Mitchell was a pleasure to deal with. He was very supportive and understanding. We got a great price for our house.
