Mitch and his team were extremely thorough throughout the process, even when the final negotiations became fairly tedious. Mitch has a reputation of having unrivalled market knowledge, contact book and strategic thinking, however we were pleasantly surprised with how the time and consideration he spent going over every last detail of the house presentation, often going out of his way late at night or out of hours etc to make things look and feel right. Alongside giving us continued feedback on every inquiry made, he spent a material amount of time dealing with prospective buyer questions and contract negotiations. If it wasn't for Mitch i think we would have given up earlier in the process!
