My Experience with Moe - A Word of Caution

I was disappointed with aspects of my experience working with Moe as my real estate agent. While I understand property transactions can be complex, several issues made my experience more stressful than necessary. In my opinion, based on my personal experience: - Communication was often slower than I expected - Some fees weren't as clearly explained as I would have preferred - The process took longer than initially suggested - The final outcome didn't meet my expectations The combination of these factors created significant stress during what was already a challenging time. While this was just my personal experience, it has led me to suggest others should: - Get all fee structures in writing upfront - Clarify expected response times - Seek multiple opinions on pricing - Keep thorough records of all communications Since sharing this honest feedback, I've received what I consider to be excessive contact attempts from Moe's office. I believe consumers have the right to share their genuine experiences, and stand by my right to express my opinion about the service I received.
