My wife and i drove to melbourne to purchase two investment properties, with only 5 days to do this not knowing the area or anybody there we were very anxious and excited.After visiting a couple of real estates and seeing some homes we decided to see what ypa real estate had, that's where we met Moe we told Moe our situation and how long we had to find two properties, straight away Moe was only too happy to accommodate us and showed us a property within 15 minutes.My wife and I felt so comfortable with Moe so we decided that ypa will be the real estate to purchase our properties.Over the next couple of days Moe went out of his way and changed his schedule to accommodate my wife and I, we found a property that we really liked and kept it in mind, after 4 long and exhausting days we told Moe we would be intouch and get back to him once we wer home.Moe rang me to make sure we made it home safely, two days later we asked Moe to send us the contract so we could put an offer in on the home we really liked within an hour of sending the offer to Moe he rang us back saying congratulations on the purchase of your property, my wife and I couldn't believe how quick it happened and we got it for the price we wanted we were so excited we couldn't thank Moe enough, one week later we put another offer in and got it for the price we wanted, so we purchased the two properties we wanted and it was all because of Moe.
