Mohammad made us believe that our property was worth at least 20-30k more than the other agents! He was extremely approachable, always arrived on time and organsied all relevant paerworks/ building inspections for us. He always provided us with useful feedback from prospective buyers. Our sale process took a bit longer due to Chirstmas, and we had to relocate interstate keeping our beloved house vacant. But Mohammad took the full responsibility of taking appropriate care of our property during our absence, we couldn't be more grateful for his support during the whole process.
