I had a buyer's advocate/agent organising the purchase for me, however, I do know that the communication between the two was completely open and ongoing, that he took my thoughts/feelings into account, as well as the seller's, and that he also heeded the advice of my buyer's agent when to contact/avoid contacting me, based on how the negotiations were going (how my emotions were running). He has addressed everything that I asked to be addressed, and has done so without hesitation, making the final steps relatively breezy.
