Our home took a little longer to sell but this had nothing to do with Mo it was more just about the timing being right before Christmas. Mo spent a lot of time with interested buyers & setting up a lot of out of hour times for people interested. Mo puts so much time & effort into his clients, it is real sentiment on the person he is. There was no push for the discussion on price for him it was just easy & exceptionally affordable compared to the larger agents. We found Mo to be very easy to deal with in the purchase of this property. There were some delays on our side with funding due to the complicated nature of it being within a self managed fund. At no time did Mo pressure us and although I am sure he was anxious regarding the sale he showed great patience and was polite and understanding and seemed to be managing the vendor with the updates we gave him. Highly recommended. I will use Mo in future dealings where possible.
