Before choosing Mohammed we did extensive research and used one of the agent finder services. We started with a group of 8 agents and then shortlisted 2. It was amazing how many of the other 6 were pissed off when they were not chosen - confirming they were not up to the task. We threw every possible question and idea at Mohammed and he consistently had solid evidence based answers for us. He was always available but completely respectful of our time. We chose him over another very successful agent in the area from a larger firm - we wanted the more personalized service and we didn’t believe we would get that from the big firm. That unsuccessful agent also offered us a lot more after we told her we had chosen her competition - sales failure 101..... Mohammed got a good price for our property and everything was done very professionally. Above all though, he had great respect for my wife and included her on all correspondance - he was the only agent out of the 8 we considered who did this. Given my wife also owned the property this was a good move! It was especially tragic that the other female agents acted like my wife didn’t exist. We would definitely use him and his team again.
