Already prepared and having done my own research on the housing market in the area, I received a shortlist of agents using ratemyagent.com.au. I spent a day in which I met with each of the shortlisted agents and Mo was an absolute stand-out. I'm a direct person and that may have put other agents off their game, but Mo came through, answering all the questions I had, was the best prepared and in my view, was completely honest from the start.
