Our experience with Mohit was he delivered on all the promises and information he provided. Although we didn't sell the property at Auction, he did assure us it would sell and it did some 3 weeks after. He told us the effect the election would have at the auction but would sell thereafter as a lot of interest was had on the property. It sold we are happy and very satisfied with Mohit's efforts and service.
