I can't recommend Moira highly enough. The brief from me was simple, Sell with in a specific price range, with minimal input and involvement from me. Moira and her team came through in flying colours, they arranged everything, from the end of lease for the existing tenants and negotiations with the leasing agent to all the required trades to the display and media for the sale. And while I personally didn't like the interior design, their recommendations and suggestions resulted in a sale pre auction above my highest price expectation, again with minimal input from myself!
