Great buyer database and negotiation skills

One of the reasons we chose Moira for the sale of our Enmore house is her great buyer database. She really delivered for us on selling our house for the price we envisioned in the shortest amount of time. In an unstable housing market and with two young children it was great not having to go through the stress of open homes and an auction, whilst still landing on the sales price we hoped to achieve.
