After looking over all of Darwin's rural property agents i was sooo happy i chose Monica!! A local woman who REALLY knows the rural area n even in a depressed market there, she achieved a better price than what i imagined n it sold within 13days!! Fully approachable with a positive friendly attitude is what i fully expected n got n i cld'nt recommend her high enough to either sell or find your rural property as she really knows her stuff n the market out here n is way ahead than others around the area i assure you!!
