I highly recommend Monica to be your agent in selling your property. She is very knowledgeable about the current market and the reality of selling during tough times which helps with expectations. Highlights during the process of selling the property included recommendations on upgrades to the property to increase value and organising this with their own contractors for a reasonable price. Multiple viewings outside of the main open times to get the right buyers in. Advice and transparency throughout the whole process with some tough conversations that had to be had to achieve a good outcome. While there were many challenges throughout the selling process, Monica was there to guide and advise without breaking a sweat.
