Monica is very professional and absolutely lovely to work with. She is very honest and is hard working, professional and great with negotiation. We couldn't thank her enough for helping us sell our home and take care of us through the current COVID time. Highly recommend.
Monica was a pleasure to deal with during the sale of my property. She did a lot of running around to assist me with getting my property ready for sale - priceless service when I had limited time to prepare the property myself. Monica was always smiling and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. I would not hesitate to work with Monica again and highly recommend her to anyone in the real estate market.
At all tines when dealing with Monica she was polite and extremely helpful. She was able to give good advice around the presentation of our property and styling ideas Monica is a professional and passionate agent
Monica presented well and was a great help with our sale. Her knowledge was good and always availed when needed.
Barry’s years of real estate knowledge in and around the area, and the people that he knows within the community will contribute towards Monica Carollo becoming a great agent. With her bubbly personality and can do additude in a very professional manner she strives to meet her targets. Both Barry and Monica went above and beyond with our expectations. I have now bought from and sold with Barry Brown from Ray White Gladesville and would highly recommend him as your choice of real estates to sell your home.
Selling a house is never fun... Monica and Barrie were excellent agents. They made the process as stress free as possible and helped with every step along the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Monica was great to deal with. She attended to all aspects of the sale with the utmost care and attention. Her attention to detail was excellent and she made the whole process so easy. In the end a great result was achieved. Would certainly recommend Monica and the team at Ray White to prospective vendors.
I felt compelled to write this review in appreciation to Barry Brown and Monica Carollo of Ray White Gladesville. My husband and I are in our 80's and have sold our forever home it has been a stressful time for us, however the attention, compassion and support that both Barry and Monica showed to my husband and myself was above and beyond what we expected. To Barry and Monica the small needs received as much attention and diligence as the bigger picture needs, this transition in our lives was a very daunting prospect, however with the support we have received from Barry and Monica the burden was lessened and went very smoothly we cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them they were so kind to us, so again thank you both so so much for your support and kindness Regards Gordon and Jan McClure
Monica Carollo was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her enthusiasm, professionalism and creativity were a breath of fresh air in what was a difficult time for my family. Monica is extremely hard working reliable, she was able to look at a small cluttered house and turn it into a warm bright home for less than $300. She worked tirelessly and turned my parents house into something really desirable just as the market was starting to fall. Monica is a very charming young lady and has an amazingly acute sense of aesthetic - I couldn't rate her more highly.
