Monica helped the reviewer sell this property

Honest, caring, hardworking agent who does her best for you

Monica was absolutely fabulous to work with. We did some works-painting, laminating of floors, fixing showers etc prior to selling our apartment and Monica organised everything for us. She helped us negotiate the price and would often call multiple suppliers to get the best price for us. She was very diligent and get things done promptly. She is an excellent communicator and we've really enjoyed working with her. We are pleased with the love and care she and Patrick have poured into helping us with the sale. Totally recommend them as agents.
