Monica clearly communicated with me every step of the way through the sale of my property - from explaining the sales process, fees and timeline to me at the beginning, keeping me updated as the sales process happened, giving real time updates on buyer interest, to letting me know what happens after contracts exchange and the steps until final settlement. She is organized, thorough and conscientious, which made the process clear and efficient. Monica was always available when I had questions and got everything done in a very timely manner. She was also strategic and offered excellent advice related to how to execute the campaign, what would be needed to get the place ready to sell (which she also facilitated very well), expectations on sale price (it was clear she knew the market very well), how to handle questions from potential buyers, and final negotiations with the purchaser (her advice here was spot on). Her follow up was also amazing. The process of selling property can be stressful, and Monica showed remarkable empathy and professionalism as I went through it. It was also clear she cared deeply about what she was doing and was trying to do the very best for me (her client). I really appreciate her assistance, guidance and ability to execute.
