Monica is a delightful person to work with. She made the sale of my parents apartment completely stress free and such a pleasant experience. She went above and beyond with advising on styling and minor renovations to achieve a premium price. She organsied the trades and coordinated the whole apartment upgrade ... all with a smile. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is selling their apartment. We acheived a fabulous sales result and Monica was a huge part in making that happen. We can not thank her enough, as my parents are now too 'mature aged' to be involved in this process and I have been working full- time.
