I had a great experience working with Mon. Since I began the process of buying a home, she was very transparent and always honest about expectations. In such a competitive market, she was determined to help me and never gave up despite a few setbacks, which I really appreciated. She was reliable, great at communicating, and kept me informed every step of the way.
