Monica was a delight to deal with as she guided us through the purchase process. As a mum assisting her daughter to make her first purchase I found Monica incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions and worries. Her lovely personality and patience shone through with daily communications, swift answers to all queries, access requests and keeping the vendor informed. She presented examples of how the rooms could look when renovated and even provided examples of similar sized renovated bathrooms. She really appreciated the anxieties you can face getting loans approved and checking out the property and the local environment and was amazingly patient and helpful.
