We cannot put into words just how fantastic Monica and the team at Belle were in the sale of our apartment - I can try but I guarantee it will fall short of their talent and efforts! Monica is the literal embodiment of dedication, honesty, determination and professionalism. The whole Belle team gave us exceptional communication, clarity and they went above and beyond for us at every opportunity, on even the smallest things, they put their whole heart into it. To give a perspective on just how much they put their best selves forward, we were overseas and Belle 100% handled the freshening up on our property (quotes, scheduling, payments, the whole shebang) and called us at 7-8pm Sydney time to be able to give us the latest updates in our time zone. Monica was awesome at being straight with us about what price we can expect, who she knows will be keen on buying our home and what I loved was that she didnt push buyers in any direction, she was consultative and really wanted the best for everyone. In the end, we have a new block record, we were thrilled to work with Monica and the team at Belle from start to finish and we have still kept in touch to buy our next home - one doesnt keep a transactional relationship like this one so close unless its truly been a great experience.
