Previous owner promised the tenants 2 weeks rent compensation due to ducted aircon system mulfunction. The compensation was set to start post settlement date. We have not been notified about the aircon mulfunction or the compensation prior to or at settlement date. Our solicitor was not given that information from previous realestate agent. The realestate agent who sold this place to us knew all about it. It is completely wrong.
As first home buyers, we found Monica to be accepting of the many questions we had and was more than able to provide the advice sought. I think that the property seller was more the problem who was not prepared to sell or wiling to negotiate for a more amicable outcome. Now that settlement has been achieved, we are finding a number of issues with the property and wish to reach out to Monica for assistance.
