Our association with Monica came from a flyer in the mail that prompted me to look into credentials as an agent to hopefully sell our house. Our previous agent in our view didn't have the communication skills to negotiate a deal and was on the market during the contract period with no offers presented to us. Monica on the other hand came to me in particular with a positive attitude and I was every impressed with the presentation put forward to me to sell our house. Monica's experience in Real Estate and Market Knowledge was one thing but her credibility was what stood out that impressed me. With my negative attitude that surprised Monica a little (due to my previous experience with my last agent) she was able to convince me that she was the best person to sell our house. After discussion with my wife and a meeting later with her, we used Monica to sell our house. We knew our house had to have a particular buyer due to the location of the property backing onto a service station but Monica was able to have a lot more potential buyers come through on home opens to have plenty of feedback for us to decipher. In the end Monica was able to find a buyer and after negotiations with this buyer and advice from Monica, we went ahead with the sale and was happy with the outcome. We had an enjoyable experience with Monica with the sale of our house and would recommend her to sell any property.

After several appraisals from different agents we chose Monica to sell our home. We built our home 24 years ago after moving out to Australia, my parents then came out to join us and we built an apartment at the rear of the house for them to live in. After my parents passed away we decided to down size.
