Monica was simply outstanding. Knowing how important "the agent" is we had done a lot of research and we met with a number of agents to ensure we would achieve the best possible result for our property. It was easy to ascertain Monica has both local and broad knowledge, and is a great sales agent...but her people and communication skills really gives Mon a edge. She has great interpersonal skills and I know this was key engaging with buyers and closing our sale. There was nothing Monica would not do - from ad hoc showings to helping clean the pool when we were away, Monica bent over backwards to ensure she was accommodating to potential buyers...and helping ensure the property was always presented as well as possible. We had a great experience dealing with Monica for buying our first home. She was honest, upfront and responsive during and after the Auction. She managed to negotiate on our behalf to extend the settlement time from 90 days to 120 days and also reduced the down payment from 10% to 5%. After deciding to go with Barry Plant we knew we had made the right decision. We have absolutely no regrets. It was six months before we decided to sell and Monica was the only agent who 'worked for us'. We wanted the agent(s) to advise us of properties that would suit us to buy and then we'd sell our house. We bought a property through another agent and it was Monica who advised us to look at it. That Agent then wanted to sell our house but we wanted Barry Plant to sell it after the hard work Monica had done for us. Monica was the only agent to constantly advise us of properties to look at.
