I would have appreciated if she could help us negotiate more with the vendor..but I understand some vendors are hard to deal with and are really pain in the bum. My home was on the market for a very short time. Monica came to inspect and provide a report/valuation and was the agent I was most in contact with throughout the sale. Monica was always available and asked me any questions potential purchasers wanted to know. I was not in the home so not inconvenienced by the times potential purchasers wished to view the property. Selling a home can be a daunting process ...Christian and Monica went above and beyond in making that process easy ...I was provided with information on sales in the area on a weekly basis , they had a strong network of potential buyers and were confident in selling my property .I liaised with both of them on a daily basis ...no question was ever too much . I was given advice on preparing the property in order to get the best price possible and was provided with contacts from them in achieving that .Once the property had been sold I was sent a Photo album of my home ...a beautiful gift to keep .
