I had heard previously fantastic feedback about Monica and Tristan. I had interviewed 5 agents with mixed feelings. However, Tristan and Monica were very informative, gave accurate indication of potential selling price which was on market to my assessment. The end selling price was accurate and in fact was higher than the market was showing. I found the approach to selling my property was strategic and insightful.
