There were some ups and downs while my house was on the market and the purchasing of my new unit but Monica helped to sort these out. We stayed in contact by phone, mainly text messages, which suited me as I work full time and I could respond when I had the chance.
Monica is one of few Agent's we've dealt with (and we've dealt with many) who we genuinely believed had the best interest of both buyer and seller in mind during the whole process from viewing right through to settlement. She was happy to go over and above and attend the property in our absence and was always responsive to emails and phone calls. Monica is pleasant to work with and responsive to requests and returning phone calls. She has been very helpful post signing of the contract to negotiate sale of furniture to the purchaser. Monica works with others in her agency to ensure the property is still being shown while she is away, we found her collegue was showing our property with the same enthsiasm as Monica giving us confidence that selling our house was a priority of the agency.
