I was the buyer on a property sold by Monica, having previously been the under bidder on another property sold by Monica. On both properties, it is clear with hindsight that the sale price was maximized for the 2 vendors. I'd have preferred her to worked less hard to generate the competition, but then I was the buyer :) Monica either answered all calls or returned all calls within the hour. All documentation was professional and delivered on time. Post the sale, Monica has continued the professionalism by being available and accessible to provide access and information on the property (where other agents may have long moved on). When you live 2,223 km from the property you wish to sell, you are placing a lot more trust in your agent than you normally is to be expected.
