Monica was a breath of fresh air as an agent. She was knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. She followed up and nothing was too much trouble for her. She always got back to us with answers and enabled us to reach auction day with any questions answered and full confidence in the property we were bidding for. I would recommend Monica highly as an honest and reputable agent. I would use her again for any property dealings in the area.

Monica was wonderful, we were an unusual client as there were many parties involved, she was always keeping us in the loop and got an amazing result for us all. We would highly recommend her and thank her for all her efforts!!! Top job!!

Having decided to sell our house, we surveyed the real estate agents in the area. After careful assessment we chose Monica Shor and the RWUnlimted agency to auction the property. Monica was an excellent choice: we found her very open, she listened to our requirements, and was always responsive and accessible. She developed a comprehensive sales strategy covering marketing, advertising, presentation of the property, and the auction. During the sales campaign she was pro-active, engaging and following up with prospective buyers, and always gave us timely feedback. The result achieved at the auction was very, very pleasing indeed! I would not hesitate to recommend Monica to anyone planning to sell their property.

I was the buyer on a property sold by Monica, having previously been the under bidder on another property sold by Monica. On both properties, it is clear with hindsight that the sale price was maximized for the 2 vendors. I'd have preferred her to worked less hard to generate the competition, but then I was the buyer :) Monica either answered all calls or returned all calls within the hour. All documentation was professional and delivered on time. Post the sale, Monica has continued the professionalism by being available and accessible to provide access and information on the property (where other agents may have long moved on). Summary - Monica did an excellent job as the selling agent, especially in setting each of the 2 quoting/marketing strategies, which were proved to be spot on

When you live 2,223 km from the property you wish to sell, you are placing a lot more trust in your agent than you normally is to be expected. Monica had sold a property for me some years back which went exceptionally well so when it came to selling another one of our family properties, I had no doubt Monica was ideal for this situation. Monica was available to all of us and was always on hand no matter what time is was or how many of us she had to speak to in different parts of the world and country (3-4 of us), she was always professional and kept us all up to date, Monica is extremely good at what she does and her sound advice & guidance was the reason we sold above expectation. Whether you’re across the globe or just nearby I would highly recommend Monica Shor Thanks again.

Monica is a consummate professional with a high knowledge of her area and market. She achieved a great result for us. Would highly recommend.

Monica was very professional but still maintained a friendly manner. I had five days to put this deal together as I was going away and her level of calm was commendable, nothing was too much trouble and I was always kept informed of what was happening next so I was not left guessing. Monica haa a can do attitude and any minor issues where handled quickly and stress free. I would highly recommend Monica to deal with as she made me feel comfortable with her approach on all levels of this deal, something I value. Thanks Monica I hopefully can do more business with you in the future. Warm regards.. Terri Williams

Monica Shor is in a class of her own. She is a true professional, an expert in her field. From our first meeting and then every step of the way her advice was sound, leading to an excellent outcome. From the photography to keeping in touch after every inspection Monica was enthusiastic and informed. On a personal level Monica's warm and generous personality shone through. I actually enjoyed every part of the sales campaign. I can truly recommend Monica without reservation. Judy Austin

I recently appointed Monica to sell my 1 bedroom apartment in North Bondi. Monica was highly professional and sharp from day 1. Very experienced, knowledgeable and a strong communicator who kept me well informed every step of the way. Monica is well known and highly respected in the Bondi Beach area and I would highly recommend her if you are looking to sell.

Monica went out of her way to allow us to make unscheduled inspections. She was always upfront with negotiations & even after signing the deal she further assisted us when we needed to make changes to the contract.

It was a pleasure working with Monica. As a first home buyer, working with her was a great step towards owning our first property in Sydney. She is really passionate about what she is doing and she well balances between the interests of the three parties: Vendor, buyer as well as her real estate company. It's definitely something that needs great talent and high level of professionalism. We highly recommend Monica. Cheers Dana and Ayman
