Five stars!! It's often quite scary to deviate from the normal way of doing things. We interviewed a number of real estate agents and wasn't particularly keen to hand over thousands of dollars in commission for a property that should pretty much sell itself. Whilst watching my favourite renovation program we became aware of Purple Bricks. Much research and with some trepidation, we organised a meeting I can honestly say, we received hand holding (necessary when jumping into the unknown) and the very best of service from our agent Monika Mazur and sold our house in a few weeks. Monika was both professional and amazingly supportive in a way you don't get from regular agents. The bonus came when our commission was nearly half that of a regular agent. After reading reviews online about purple bricks, some good, some not so good, we decided to give them a go. From day one of enquiring the process ran fairly quickly. We were introduced to a purple bricks sales agent within a few days and after several other quotes from various realestate we decided to go ahead with the sale. (mainly due to the fact that we would save paying massive amounts of commission on selling our home) money we could use elsewhere. Monika Mazur our agent was AMAZING! She made the process so easy and was only ever a phone call away when we needed her, even if she couldnât answer she would get back to us ASAP. She was easy to work with, friendly, approachable and extremely passionate about the job she does, her associate Josh was also outstanding and I would also highly reccomend him. I also would reccomend using the online conveyencor portal purple bricks reccomend using LAWLAB. It saves you so much time, itâs super easy and can be done all from home, they also work 24/7 and responses were always fast! Also great if you are like us and have kids! The only thing I can pin point about purple bricks is once your highlight advertising has expired (unless you are willing to pay the money to bump your add back to the top) there isnât to much they can do for you. I did a lot of self advertising on social media sharing the house sale on community pages etc to keep the word of mouth going about our house sale. But I wouldnât say thatâs the agents fault, thatâs just how purple bricks work.. you are obviously going through them to save your money so just be willing to do a little work yourself. Overall I definitely would go through purple bricks again, Monika and Josh were both amazing and if you are looking for a great agent I wouldnât hesitate to get in touch.
