We met Monique on a flying visit to the south coast and she really listened to exactly what we were looking for and we were lucky enough, for her to know about a property that was coming on the market that sounded like it suited us perfectly. We met with her to view this property, followed by a coffee and she had all the time to offer us and talk us through the area and lifestyle etc. She has met us a couple of times now to not only go through the property but to set time aside to spend with us, explaining the area, things to do, places to go etc She always answered her phone for quick (and maybe not so quick) questions or concerns we may have had in regards to the sale process and/or property we were wanting to purchase.
