Great communicator & dedicated to the job

We were very sentimental about selling our house and nervous about whether we'd get a price that would make it all worthwhile. Adding to our woes was the fact we were on the other side of the country. Monique understood our worries, was constantly in contact during the sales process and open and honest about our expectations. She helped us arrange fantastic services to make sure the property was in ship shape & in the best condition it's ever been. We are very pleased with the sale price and if we ever buy/sell property again on the Balmain peninsula we would have no hesitation in working with Monique again.
