Took a while but we got there

I hadn't done a phone auction before but Monique managed to conduct one over 7 hours. She was very responsive to all of my questions and was clear and calm during what at times was a challenging conversation. She must have made 50 calls that day so I appreciate her dedication to making the sale for her client.
