Monique has a very nice personality and was very helpful in purchasing my first property.

Monique was great to work with. Made purchasing my first home easy and worry free. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Working with Monique Fitzgerald and Janae Brindley at Barry Plant Boronia exceeded any of my expectations. Monique came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction We had with her after that was the same. She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for 3D artist impressions , gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the 16 Apartment Building. The sale went very well, Monique and Janae sold 9 apartments in 5 months, all at the asking price. I can’t wait to work with them again.

Monique made selling our first property easy, stress free and simple. She was able to articulate each stage of the process to us in away that made sense to people who were new to selling. She also looked after the buyers and made sure they were communicated to clearly throughout the process whilst assisting us in the best possible outcome. She is a testament to what a good agent should do.

From our first meeting, Monique gave the impression of someone who had a clear plan for the sale of our home. She listened well, came back the same day with a written proposal, and followed through all her commitments. She put us in touch with an excellent painter and a handyman, who quoted and did wonderful work within several days. We would wholeheartedly recommend her work to anyone.

We have bought three properties in our lifetime and they have all come from Monique. She simply does not hesitate to help you, accept your limited availability and has never come across as pushy or misleading. Monique is a pleasure to deal with!

After a previous disastrous experience with another agency we chose Monique who was the complete opposite. She had great knowledge of the market and advised us correctly each step of the way. She was friendly, professional and had great communication. We always knew what was happening, and were kept updated at all times. Monique sold our home within 3 weeks after it had languished on the market with the previous agent. She also achieved a price we were very happy with.

Once again, Monique has shown her high level of dedication and professionalism during the sales process of our property, making it easy and transparent with great result. Thanks Monique!

What a delight it was dealing with Monique from Barry Plant Boronia office , Monique's advise made my decision on selling my Family Home of 36 years less stressful than I had imagined, after hearing experiences of others I was unsure of what to expect. Monique advised regarding preparing for open House inspections and within Two weeks my Home was Sold . When visiting the office and making phone calls all staff have been extremely helpful. Thank you to Monique and all Barry Plant staff I know I made the correct decision on choosing you, and look forward now into finding a New Home.

It was a pleasure to deal with Monique at all times. She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We felt she did a great job for us with a very favorable outcome.

Monique was an outstanding agent to deal with. We have dealt with others in the area in the past and after hearing great reviews from family decided to get a free appraisal. We loved her from the moment we met her. Monique was so knowledgable and informative throughout the entire campaign and was always upfront and honest with us throughout the process. Monique really knows the market and exceeded our expectations with getting us an AMAZING price for our house. Thank you once again for being so fantastic Monique - I cant recommend you enough!!!!

This is the third time we have used Barry Plant a Boronia to buy or sell a property. . Moniker Fitzgerald has been involved each time. Particularly on this latest campaign she has proven to be excellent in every aspect of the process. What she predicted some months ago was proven to be correct at the time of sale. We would have no problem recommending her and the company to our friends .
