Monique herself was great, 5/5. My only criticism is the agency she works for is one of the ones that gives out junk mail even if you explicitly ask for none. It's been a while though, so they may have cooled off. We had issues with the bank and Monique put us in touch with someone to try and help. She was always engaged, friendly and attentive, compensating for the other party's slow solicitor.
