Alot of money spent for little work to be done

Monique is very friendly but I found it was a lot of money spent for little work to be done. The photo's were copies from other units and the descriptions were also copied. As a first time investor selling my property I feel like it was all very rushed, from my knowledge there was one inspection, and I was told to take the first offer because of the market. I know no-one can predict what the market will actually do but I still feel ripped off to be honest, I think it was just a quick sell to get quick commission.
