Fantastic Experience - So Easy and So Helpful

As Victorians buying on the Sunshine Coast, I wholeheartedly recommend Monique Sommer. From the first phone call - where I suspected I had found my dream property in my allocated price range - Monique was interested and engaged. She wasted no time in telling us all of what was required. We were navigating QLD legals and needed a lot of new contacts to make the sale happen. Monique assisted us with a builder, all aspects of pest and building inspection, a property lawyer, and more. We were able to look through the house a few times to be very sure and Monique accommodated us on these occasions. Monique is easy going and professional and totally 'got' why were were there and what we were looking for.
