As we purchased whilst living interstate, Montana arranged FaceTime inspection and made herself available on the Sunday prior to pre settlement inspection. Also not being familiar with WA purchasing requirements, Montana was thorough in her advice to our many queries, especially as we would be travelling the week prior to settlement.
