Great agent, great service, easy and seamless sale for more money than I anticipated

Monty sold my house at 16 Flaxton Street Ormeau and he was brilliant. From start to finish the whole process was easy. Monty is up front, honest, reliable and great to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Monty always communicated everything with me throughout the whole sale. He was professional articulate and to the point. He was confident I could sell for a certain price and he achieved that and a bit more! I recieved a record sale for our street, which was more than I ever anticipated my house would sell for. I would definitly use Monty again for my next sale or reach out to him if wanting to purchase. He has a large database of buyers and sellers, and his marketing and social media presence is huge. This was obvious with the number of people that came to view the property. Very happy seller here!
