The most I can say about Monya, is that we did not just get an agent we also got a relationship. The speed of everything was very impressive, Inspected the property at 6pm, offer in an agreed on price with sale contract signed by 8pm the same night. Early access arranged and settlement within 14days, Monya communicated though out the process to keep me in the loop of everything happening. Thank you for everything Monya! What was thought to be a stressful process all went very well and you kept the stress away from me and allowed me to enjoy the process of purchasing a home.
