We had about 5 other agents appraise our house the previous year or so , and when we finally decided it was time to sell, Morgan came and appraised our house, there was no pressure sales pitch as experienced with previous agents; it was an easy decision, we both agreed that we would go with Morgan Oliver Real Estate even though Morgaan's appraisal wasn't as much as we expected, house prices were dropping, we knew that we were in capable hands to get the best price in the market of the day.
