Morgan was an absolute please to deal with during our purchase. Always kept communication open so we had a smooth sale. I didn’t feel like Morgan was only working for the owners selling but wanting to help us out also. Assisted with negotiations on pest abs building and even after the sale sent a painter around to finish off some work that the sellers had not completed.
