Morgan commenced his real-estate career in 2014 after six years of working in the hospitality industry, his hidden flare and passion for real estate landing him a position as a Sales Assistant for Laing + Simmons Mt Druitt where he would now mould and develop his sales skills as well as refining his skills in buyer and vendor management to go beyond the expected. In this role, Morgan was also responsible for conducting Open Homes, negotiating and advertising.
In late 2014 Morgan landed himself within another of Laing + Simmons franchise offices, this time located in Blacktown as a Buyer Manager working closely with Bree Carroll, who together have built a friendly and professional team. Here Morgan would be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to further grow and improve the business.
During his time at Laing and Simmons, Morgan has developed an advanced understanding of the Blacktown property market as well as the ability to analyse trends in the market place, including current supply and demand levels and the effect this has on current sale figures.
His advanced people skills and sales ability see him constantly go the extra mile to get the very best outcome for all of his clients.
