I was really unsure about selling or renting my property and had been speaking to Morgan for over 6 months. He was patient, kind and empathetic during this time, not pushy or frustrated at all. I suddenly made my mind up to sell and made an appointment to discuss. He left with a signed contract to sell my property as I was sure he was the right agent. Morgan is a down to earth individual who clearly has a passion for his business. He was able to answer my every question. He went above and beyond to cater to my situation with no judgement or complaint. He explained the process to me carefully, concisely and made it as easy as it could possibly be on me. I asked alot of him and he came through like a champion. He got me a fantastic price with fantastic terms, he achieved more than expected and gave me my wish. I cannot recommend Morgan highly enough.
